CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION NOVEMBER 22, 2000 <br />Council Member Carlson stated she does not agree. The County is not listening to the <br />City. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated he still needs more information on the impacts of the <br />project to homes and businesses. <br />Council Member Reinert stated that he agrees that sometimes silence is acceptance. The <br />resolution is a formal action. The Council should pass the resolution and see how far it <br />goes with the four -(4) agencies working together. If the four -(4) agencies don't work <br />together, a vote could be taken on the County's options. <br />Mayor Bergeson expressed concern regarding telling the County that nothing they have <br />presented is acceptable. There are concepts within the options that the City needs to <br />consider. <br />Council Member Carlson proposed that the City indicate to the <br />reviewed the options and there concerns that we have dete <br />approve options of that size. <br />at they have <br />City can not <br />Council Member Reinert stated that at the last Cou cil eeti a did support a vote on <br />the options. She stated the resolution <br />tells everyone involved that the City wants to work together. Voting on the options tells <br />the Council the City does not like the options.
