COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 27, 2000 <br />Council Member Carlson clarified that once the resolution is passed, copies will be sent to Anoka <br />County, Ramsey County and the City of Shoreview. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 121 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Resolution No. 00 —120, Authorizing Application of Abatement, 6858 Black Duck Drive, John <br />Powell — Staff advised that as part of the Lakes Addition Street Reconstruction project, the roadway <br />in front of 6858 Black Duck Drive was removed and replaced at a different elevation. The elevation <br />was changed in order to provide the proper roadway slope to the storm sewer system. <br />To accommodate the new roadway elevation, and to prevent the resident's vehicle from scraping, <br />portions of the driveway at this address was removed and replaced. Some of this work was done <br />under City contract and some by a contractor hired by the resident. She stated she would like to review the tape. She stated the City Administrator has located <br />the tape. She requested the minutes be pulled for further review time. Council Members agreed to <br />pull the minutes from the agenda. <br />Council Member Carlson added she made changes to page 2, paragraph 4. She also noted the date of <br />approval needs to be changed. <br />Mayor Bergeson advised staff to make the changes and reprint the minutes. <br />
