COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 27, 2000 Council Member Carlson clarified that once the resolution is passed, copies will be sent to Anoka County, Ramsey County and the City of Shoreview. Motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 00 — 121 can be found in the City Clerk's office. Resolution No. 00 —120, Authorizing Application of Abatement, 6858 Black Duck Drive, John Powell — Staff advised that as part of the Lakes Addition Street Reconstruction project, the roadway in front of 6858 Black Duck Drive was removed and replaced at a different elevation. The elevation was changed in order to provide the proper roadway slope to the storm sewer system. To accommodate the new roadway elevation, and to prevent the resident's vehicle from scraping, portions of the driveway at this address was removed and replaced. Some of this work was done under City contract and some by a contractor hired by the resident. Session Minutes — Council Member Carlson noted she was not Council Member Dahl referred to page 3, paragraph 7, relating to Mr. Duffy's comments about senior housing. She stated she would like to review the tape. She stated the City Administrator has located the tape. She requested the minutes be pulled for further review time. Council Members agreed to pull the minutes from the agenda. Council Member Carlson added she made changes to page 2, paragraph 4. She also noted the date of approval needs to be changed. Mayor Bergeson advised staff to make the changes and reprint the minutes.
