COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 27, 2000 Council Member Carlson stated she was not going to change anything in the resolution. She stated the resolution and well written and covers the major points including the City does not approve of the current design options. The City is trying to move to a cooperative effort between the four -(4) agencies and come to a solution. She stated Mr. Hudgen's suggestions can be included in a letter with the resolution. Council Member Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 11— 121, to include Council Member Reinert's changes and the suggestion from the City Engineer regarding the potential construction on other segments of the roadway. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. The City Engineer clarified that the resolution will include a statement regarding the potential construction on other segments of the roadway within the City of Shoreview and Ramsey County. Council Member Dahl suggested a statement regarding "additional designs and safe options" be added to the resolution. That statement would clarify that the City is appy with the present designs but does want more options to look at. Mayor Bergeson added an amendment to the motion to inclu "s e d n options".
