CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION DECEMBER 6, 2000 <br />The City Planner asked the Council to consider how the design standards are related to <br />the grant but not necessary dependent upon the grant when their discussion is held. Staff <br />needs to know if they should move forward with the design standards. <br />CSAH 49 RECONSTRUCTION, JOHN POWELL <br />Staff advised the resolution passed by Council was sent to the County Engineer and <br />County Commissioner in both Anoka and Ramsey County. The resolution was also sent <br />to the Shoreview City Council. The City has not yet received a response. <br />BLUEBILL PONDS ASSESSMENTS, JOHN POWELL <br />Staff advised copies of the letter from the City Attorney were previously distributed to <br />Council Members. The City Attorney believes the property owners could agree to pay a <br />street assessment when and if they subdivide. Staff advised a meeting will be held with <br />the property owners. If they agree to pay the street assessment, the pro'ect will move <br />forward. If the property owners do not pay the street assessment, t . , •per will be <br />notified and options will be discussed to move forward. <br />Council Member Carlson stated the property owners will o y s ay the street <br />assessments if they are aware that the developer has ' . e aff advised that if the <br />property owners do not pay the assessments, t n�r the street.
