Staff has not yet had time to review this issue. <br />Council Member O'Donnell clarified that the study has indicated a second access point is <br />possible. The City Engineer advised a second access is possible with other improvements <br />to Lake Drive. <br />The Economic Development Director stated there have been seven (7) studies done <br />relating to the Town Center over the last few years. Staff feels this is a good time to <br />conduct an economic feasibility study. The Finance Director has agreed to head up the <br />study with the help from consultants. The study will be a 60 -day study beginning in <br />January 2001 to be completed in March 2001. The cost of the consultant can come from <br />the initial Livable Communities grant.
