COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 18, 2000 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE December 18, 2000 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:35 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED 7:10 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert, and Mayor Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Linda Waite Smith; City Attorney, Barry Sullivan; and <br />Public Services Director, Rick DeGardner <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Item 1B, Resolution No. 00 —127, Canceling the Scheduled Levy for the 1992A G.O. Improvement <br />Bond, was added to the Consent Agenda. <br />The agenda was approved as amended. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Dahl moved to approve the Con <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried un <br />da, as amended. Council Member Carlson <br />ITEM ACTION <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />December 18, <br />RNo. 60638 - <br />60722, $166,18 y ' ' Approved <br />Resolution No. 00 — 127, Canceling the Scheduled <br />Levy for the 1992 G.O. Improvement Bond Approved <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Ms. Lynn Heaser, 218 Aggrate Lane, came forward and inquired about the status of the Highway 49 <br />project. <br />Mayor Bergeson advised the resolution was forwarded to the appropriate parties. The City Engineer <br />has been in contact with the County, however, a response has not yet been received. <br />The City Administrator added the resolution has been sent to all of the parties involved. The involved <br />agencies will not commit to a joint meeting until after the first of the year. <br />
