He stated he is will work together with the City on any issues related to the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District. He added that he has heard many good comments from residents about <br />Mary Kay Wyland and John Powell. <br />Mayor Bergeson thanked Mr. Cardinal for all of his hard work and service to the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District. <br />
