COUNCIL MINUTES JANUARY 8, 2001 Council Member Dahl stated she has reviewed the tape is can approve the minutes. Council Member Dahl moved to approve the September 20, 2000, Council Work Session Meeting Minutes, as amended. Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. December 6, 2000, Council Work Session Meeting Minutes - Council Member Carlson referred to page 4, paragraph 6 and corrected sentence 2 to read "Staff has only indicated that the Dellwood LLC application does not meet the proposed design standards". Council Member Carlson referred to page 5, paragraph 4, and corrected the first sentence to read "Council Member Carlson stated the property owners will probably not pay the street assessments if they are aware that the developer has to pay them". Council Member Dahl moved to approve the December 6, 2000, Council Work Session Meeting Minutes, as amended. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
