Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 6:40 p.m. Mr. Michael O'Connor, 6713 Clearwater Creek, came forward and stated that on behalf of the 40 or more residents in Clearwater Creek he is submitting a petition with over 170 names, various letters, and color drawing contest submittals to the City showing support for the development of Clearwater Creek Park.
