COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 26, 2001 <br />1111 Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 01— 30, as presented. Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion. <br />Council Member Carlson made an amendment to the motion to include that approving the study in no <br />way signifies the Council supports the development or is deciding to extend MUSA or include the <br />development in the Phase I Growth Area. <br />Council Member Reinert and Council Member O'Donnell agreed to the amendment. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 01— 30 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Resolution No. 01— 29, Final Payment for the Otter Lake Road Realignment Project, (3/5 Vote <br />Required), John Powell — City Engineer Powell advised the Contrac r the Otter Lake Road <br />Realignment Project is requesting City approval of Payment No. 11 ' in 2 the amount of <br />$38,377.33. The project included the construction of the realign •r L. e Road including streets <br />and utilities. The final payment is determined as follows: <br />Original Contract Amount .1,537,036.01 <br />Change Order No. 1 $ 34,986.39 <br />Change Order No. 2 $ 918.56 <br />Change Order No. 3 (Quantity Adjustm?" $ -37,588.61 <br />Contract Amount to Date $1,535,352.35 <br />Payments to Date $1,496.975.02 <br />Final Payment Amount $ 38,377.33 <br />Change Order No. 2 consis of t a lowing item: <br />1.
