COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 26, 2001 1111 Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 01— 30, as presented. Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Council Member Carlson made an amendment to the motion to include that approving the study in no way signifies the Council supports the development or is deciding to extend MUSA or include the development in the Phase I Growth Area. Council Member Reinert and Council Member O'Donnell agreed to the amendment. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 01— 30 can be found in the City Clerk's office. Resolution No. 01— 29, Final Payment for the Otter Lake Road Realignment Project, (3/5 Vote Required), John Powell — City Engineer Powell advised the Contrac r the Otter Lake Road Realignment Project is requesting City approval of Payment No. 11 ' in 2 the amount of $38,377.33. The project included the construction of the realign •r L. e Road including streets and utilities. The final payment is determined as follows: Original Contract Amount .1,537,036.01 Change Order No. 1 $ 34,986.39 Change Order No. 2 $ 918.56 Change Order No. 3 (Quantity Adjustm?" $ -37,588.61 Contract Amount to Date $1,535,352.35 Payments to Date $1,496.975.02 Final Payment Amount $ 38,377.33 Change Order No. 2 consis of t a lowing item: 1. Installation 40 eet of 5' chain link fence. $ 918.56 The quantity of work has been verified by the City's Resident Project Representative and accurately represents the materials, labor, and work tasks completed.
