He referred to a new drawing and landscaping plan for the project noting the <br />site for the Super Target and Kohl's Department Store. The intent is to submit the <br />Planning and Zoning Board packet next week for review in May 2001. The construction <br />schedule includes breaking ground for both Target and Kohl's in September 2001. <br />Scheduled completion for Target is July 2002 and somewhat later for Kohl's.
