CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 18, 2001 <br />neighbors concerns, Molin's concerns, potential steps for addressing issues after meeting <br />with Molin representatives. <br />City Administrator Waite Smith advised Mr. Randy Molin did call and indicate he is <br />expecting information by next week that may resolve the noise issue. Mr. Molin could <br />not be present this evening but does want to meet with the City Council. <br />City Planner Smyser advised he has asked Alan Brixius for additional information <br />regarding the background of this item. Staff also hopes to meet with Molin in the near <br />future. <br />Council Member Dahl referred to page 9 of the report and inquired about the amount of <br />dirt. City Planner Smyser advised the dirt pile is approximately 100 feet at the base. <br />Council Member Dahl suggested the dirt pile be covered with plaster a tarp. <br />Council directed staff to invite Molin Concrete to the next n wor session. <br />ELOPER, <br />SPIRIT HILLS DISCUSSION BETWEEN COUNG1L <br />DONNA CARLSON <br />Mr. Rockey Goertz, developer of Spirit Hills <br />new plan for Spirit Hills. He asked for <br />direction noting he knows the Council is working on the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Mayor Bergeson asked if the zoning prevents the developer from building single family in <br />multi -housing zone. <br />5 <br />
