The proof of the process is the result. <br />Council Member Dahl explained her reasons for wanting to be more involved noting she <br />would have liked to have updates. She stated it had nothing to do with trust, she just <br />wanted to be more involved with the selection. <br />Council Member Carlson stated her concern related to the Council interviewing only one <br />candidate. She referred to the City Charter and City Ordinance relating to this issue. She <br />stated she believes the Council should have more than one candidate to approve. <br />
