CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 18, 2001 CITY'S BANKING RELATIONSHIPS, JEFF O'DONNELL Council Member O'Donnell asked if the City has a plan to put out requests for bids to work with the new banks in the community. Finance Director Rolek advised the City does have a plan to obtain bids from the new banks. Information will be going out to the banks in the next month. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE, LINDA WAITE SMITH City Planner Smyser distributed copies of a letter from Mr. Jamie Schaps regarding the postponement of the Planning and Zoning Board Comprehensive Plan meeting. City Administrator Waite Smith noted Council Member's should have received comments about the Plan from the Environmental Board. City Planner Smyser advised he is receiving comments relatmprehensive Plan from all City Boards. They will be distributed whe Mayor Bergeson advised a Council meeting should from all City Boards. He suggested a copy of the members of the Comprehensive Plan Task F specific date. COUNCIL GOAL SETTING SESSION, LINDA WAITE SMITH City Administrator Waite Smith advised information regarding the goals setting session was faxed to all Council Members yesterday. She distributed and reviewed the proposed agenda for the meeting. She indicated she would like to better integrate the goal setting session with the finance work session. Council Member O'Donnell indicated he has a conflict and must leave the goal setting session at 9:30 a.m. City Administrator Waite Smith asked Council Members to return the charts by Friday, April 20, 2001. 8
