CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 18, 2001 <br />CITY'S BANKING RELATIONSHIPS, JEFF O'DONNELL <br />Council Member O'Donnell asked if the City has a plan to put out requests for bids to <br />work with the new banks in the community. <br />Finance Director Rolek advised the City does have a plan to obtain bids from the new <br />banks. Information will be going out to the banks in the next month. <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE, LINDA WAITE SMITH <br />City Planner Smyser distributed copies of a letter from Mr. Jamie Schaps regarding the <br />postponement of the Planning and Zoning Board Comprehensive Plan meeting. <br />City Administrator Waite Smith noted Council Member's should have received <br />comments about the Plan from the Environmental Board. <br />City Planner Smyser advised he is receiving comments relatmprehensive <br />Plan from all City Boards. They will be distributed whe <br />Mayor Bergeson advised a Council meeting should <br />from all City Boards. She distributed and reviewed the proposed <br />agenda for the meeting. She indicated she would like to better integrate the goal setting <br />session with the finance work session. <br />Council Member O'Donnell indicated he has a conflict and must leave the goal setting <br />session at 9:30 a.m. <br />City Administrator Waite Smith asked Council Members to return the charts by Friday, <br />April 20, 2001. <br />8 <br />
