• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 23, 2001 <br />Council Member Carlson moved to approve the April 9, 2001, Council Meeting Minutes, as <br />amended. Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Member <br />Dahl abstaining. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Comments on Comprehensive Plan from the Environmental Board — Council Member Dahl <br />stated she was approached by a member of the Environmental Board who expressed concern because <br />the Council has not yet received the Board's comments relating to the Comprehensive Plan. She <br />stated she wants a copy of the comments from each City Board as soon as possible to allow for ample <br />review time. She asked if the other Council Member's would also like the comments from City <br />Boards. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated all Council Members need to get the same information. Council directed staff <br />to forward all comments from City Boards to the City Council. <br />City Planner Smyser asked if the Park Board comments should <br />Mayor Bergeson indicated the Park Board comments sho •e i e uded. <br />City Planner Smyser advised staff planned to forwar• i ents from all City Boards at once with <br />a summary report. Staff wanted to insure that o •'s co ents did not appear more important <br />than another Board. <br />Mayor Bergeson indicated he would stil.. a sta summary report relating to the comments. <br />Council Member Carlson stated s out? ike all comments from City Board's. She stated the <br />cut-off for comments is May 1icated she needs time to review the comments and does not <br />want to slow down the Com. 4 ve ' process. <br />Council Member Reinert <br />Smyser advised the summ <br />Planning and Zoning Board. <br />the staff summary report will be completed. City Planner <br />ort will be completed as soon as comments are received from the <br />Council Member Dahl asked when staff can forward comments from the other City Board's. City <br />Planner Smyser advised the comments can be ready tomorrow. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the Council will be present on Wednesday for a meeting.
