COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 23, 2001 report and call a hearing on the improvement. The hearing is scheduled for May 28, 2001, at which time a detailed review of the feasibility report will be presented. In accordance with Minnesota State Statues 429, the feasibility report is to be received by Council and a public hearing scheduled. Council Member O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 01— 59, as presented. Council Member Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 01— 59 can be found in the City Clerk's office. Resolution No. 01— 60, 35W and Lake Drive Ramp Modification Request, (3/5 Vote Required), John Powell — City Engineer Powell advised when The Village Master Plan was initially developed, it showed a single access into the site along the Town Center Parkway alignment. Since that time interest has grown regarding a second access to the site, possibly in cot, vection with the ramp from Lake Drive to northbound I -35W. Council Member Dahl moved to approve the April 4, 2001, Council Work Session Minutes, as amended. Council Member Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously Consideration of April 9, Council Meeting Minutes — Council Member Carlson referred to page 3, paragraph 2, sentence 5 and 6 and corrected it to read: "Mr. Olson indicated he would like raised medians. Mr. Brown did not offer any substantial solutions other than landscaping and lighting". Council Member Carlson referred to page 3, paragraph 3, and corrected sentence 2 to read: "However, an amendment to other legislation would be very difficult". 6
