Council Member <br />Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 01— 59 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Resolution No. 01— 60, 35W and Lake Drive Ramp Modification Request, (3/5 Vote Required), <br />John Powell — City Engineer Powell advised when The Village Master Plan was initially developed, <br />it showed a single access into the site along the Town Center Parkway alignment. Since that time <br />interest has grown regarding a second access to the site, possibly in cot, vection with the ramp from <br />Lake Drive to northbound I -35W. This interest is clarified in the r ent c • spondence received <br />from Calthorpe Associates and the YMCA. Council Member Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously <br />Consideration of April 9, Council Meeting Minutes — Council Member Carlson referred to page 3, <br />paragraph 2, sentence 5 and 6 and corrected it to read: "Mr. Olson indicated he would like raised <br />medians.
