Chief the Police Department did not conduct <br />a compliance check at Shirley . onix Golf Course. <br />Council Member O'Donn'nformation from staff regarding what steps the <br />City Council may take relati o fai ed compliance checks. <br />TOWN CENTER U '',_ : RIAN WESSEL <br />Economic Development director Wessel advised the Target application is going before <br />the Planning and Zoning Board this evening. Staff is recommending the public hearing <br />be continued to the June meeting. The applicant is hoping for Council approval in July. <br />Mr. Tom Palmquist, Ryan Companies, came forward and distributed and reviewed a letter <br />of request for financial assistance from the City of Lino Lakes in the amount of <br />$778,100.00. The incentive can be accomplished via a cash payment to the three -(3) <br />users or as separate pay-as-you-go Notes to each participant. Mr. Palmquist also <br />reviewed a breakdown of recoverable costs attached to the letter. He noted the <br />recoverable costs do not include the architectural costs to stay consistent with the Town <br />Center Design Standards. <br />
