TOWN CENTER U '',_ : RIAN WESSEL Economic Development director Wessel advised the Target application is going before the Planning and Zoning Board this evening. Staff is recommending the public hearing be continued to the June meeting. The applicant is hoping for Council approval in July. Mr. Tom Palmquist, Ryan Companies, came forward and distributed and reviewed a letter of request for financial assistance from the City of Lino Lakes in the amount of $778,100.00. The incentive can be accomplished via a cash payment to the three -(3) users or as separate pay-as-you-go Notes to each participant. Mr. Palmquist also reviewed a breakdown of recoverable costs attached to the letter. He noted the recoverable costs do not include the architectural costs to stay consistent with the Town Center Design Standards.
