CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 9, 2001 <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the Council should have a discussion regarding how the City <br />should proceed if the grant is not received or a partial grant is received. <br />Economic Development Assistant Divine stated the final application is due September <br />14, 2001. Completion of the Comprehensive Plan will be a consideration. <br />Council Member Carlson added there is a great need for assisted living within Anoka <br />County. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monday, May 14, 2001, 6:30 p.m. <br />1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE AND FEE SCHEDULE, PETE KLUEGEL <br />Building Inspector Kluegel advised the City of Lino Lakes is currentl enforcing the 1994 <br />Uniform Building Code and Fee Schedule. In order to update t1 ° ode to keep <br />current with the latest revision of the state building code, it i or the City <br />Council to adopt the 1997 Uniform Building Code & Fee <br />Mayor Bergeson asked how the new fee schedule will <br />construction for a $200,000 home.
