COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 14, 2001 <br />The City Attorney advised the Council does have the authority to amend the preliminary plat. The <br />question is if the amended plat would be substantially different than the original. He indicated he <br />believes the preliminary plat can be amended by Council action. <br />Mr. Johnson stated the lots were given to the City for park dedication. He stated he believes the <br />resolution just did not include all three (3) lots.
