Council Member Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 01— 58, Order Preparation of a Feasibility Study for the 2002 — 2003 Street <br />Reconstruction Program, (4/5 Vote Required), John Powell — City <br />March 12, 2001, the City Council directed staff to review the prop <br />to determine whether or not alterations to the priority ranking s <br />existing land use, the existing MUSA line, the draft -propose <br />system.
