COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 11, 2001 <br />Carol Featherstone, 621 Andall Street, stated she had moved into Lino Lakes 20 years ago because <br />she wanted to live in a rural area. She did not want to hear the bulldozers and construction. She <br />stated she was against the growth and while she realized it could not be stopped, it should at least be <br />slowed down. <br />Amy Donlin, 6100 Centerville Road, stated she had been on the Environmental Board since it had <br />been started a few years ago and was in the "dark" regarding the Comprehensive Plan. She stated the <br />Environmental Board had spent a lot of time and effort addressing the issues that had to be addressed. <br />She read a statement that her father wrote regarding the Comprehensive Plan. She asked the Council <br />to slow down the growth. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to continue the Public Hearing, Comprehensive Land Use Plan to <br />the June 25, 2001 Council Meeting. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion.
