COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 11, 2001 Carol Featherstone, 621 Andall Street, stated she had moved into Lino Lakes 20 years ago because she wanted to live in a rural area. She did not want to hear the bulldozers and construction. She stated she was against the growth and while she realized it could not be stopped, it should at least be slowed down. Amy Donlin, 6100 Centerville Road, stated she had been on the Environmental Board since it had been started a few years ago and was in the "dark" regarding the Comprehensive Plan. She stated the Environmental Board had spent a lot of time and effort addressing the issues that had to be addressed. She read a statement that her father wrote regarding the Comprehensive Plan. She asked the Council to slow down the growth. Council Member O'Donnell moved to continue the Public Hearing, Comprehensive Land Use Plan to the June 25, 2001 Council Meeting. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
