• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 11, 2001 <br />Resolution No. 01— 78, Conditional Use Permit, Stat Transport, 416 Lilac Street, Cindy <br />Sherman (NAC) — City Planner Smyser advised applicants were requesting a Conditional Use Permit <br />to allow the operation of a truck freight transfer service station on the property located at 416 Lilac <br />Drive. The subject property was currently zoned GI, General Industrial District. Truck freight <br />transfer services stations were a conditionally permitted use in the GI District. <br />City Planner Smyser presented the staff analysis of the Conditional Use Permit subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All drainage plans were subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />2. The Site's perimeter fence must be repaired and ivy planted along the entire west fence <br />for screening. <br />3. All signage must comply with the City Sign Ordin <br />4. The applicant shall store all refuse materials i ide s a ipal building or provide a <br />trash enclosure in conformance with the stud.`°outl i ed in Section 3, Subdivision <br />4.G.c of the City Code. <br />5. Trucks will not be allowed to idle o <br />and 6:00 a.m. <br />6. City Planner Smyser replied the fence was already <br />in place and they did not want the applicant to have to put in a wood fence. <br />Council Member Dahl stated her other concern was the fence being used as a noise barrier also. She <br />also asked about the signage. City Planner Smyser stated at this level, signage was not dealt with. <br />Council Member Dahl asked if they would have refrigeration trucks. City Planner Smyser stated if <br />they did have refrigeration trucks, the condition would apply. <br />7 <br />
