She briefly reviewed the site plan noting there have been no <br />changes to the plan. She also reviewed the Letter of Intent in detail that outlines the City <br />responsibilities and development responsibilities, with an accompanying timetable. She <br />indicated staff would like to add the Letter of Intent to the regular Monday Council <br />agenda. She noted the Letter of Intent is not a binding contract. <br />Council Member Reinert asked if the development is contingent upon a second access. <br />Mr. Ross Fefercorn advised there are currently two (2) accesses requested for this <br />development, one at Town Center Parkway and one near 35W ramp. The developer <br />requests an additional access to Lake Drive. It has not yet been determined that an access <br />can be provided at the I-35 (northbound) ramps. The Engineering Department will pursue <br />this request with MnDOT and FHWA. <br />1 <br />
