CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 19, 2001 <br />Council Member Reinert clarified that the $450,000 grant will go to development in the <br />first phase. He asked if there is enough land for a possible Phase 3 development. <br />Economic Development Assistant Divine stated the additional land has always been <br />wetland. The developers may determine the additional 10 acres can be developed. <br />Council Member Reinert expressed concern regarding the current plan being the entire <br />plan.
