COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 25, 2001 <br />Mr. Hill stated that if the application is postponed he would like a detailed list of what needs to be <br />taken care of to the Council's satisfaction. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated a list can be developed with the help of staff. <br />Mr. Hill indicated he will accept a postponement to the July 9, 2001, Council meeting. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated that Council Members should give a list of issues to staff. When this <br />application comes before Council again, only those issues should be addressed. <br />Council Member Carlson stated that her outstanding issues include the access from Old Birch, which <br />direction the utilities will come from, the cul-de-sac, road connection to Kildeer, approval of <br />screening from the neighbors, and the reason for denial from the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />Mr. Hill stated there was no substantial reason given by Planning and Zoning Board Members.
