COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 25, 2001
Mayor Bergeson stated the City and developer should be able to address all the outstanding issues
before the next Council meeting.
Mr. Tome VonBische, Heritage Development, came forward and stated the minutes from the
Planning and Zoning Board meeting were pulled and reviewed. No reason for denial was given. The
closest to a reason was the City standards for R-1. The only understandable concern is the access
issue. He stated he is very concerned that reference to Bluebill Ponds has been made. That project
was very expensive and the road and utilities were a problem. He stated he does not like the idea that
there may be bias from that project. Heritage Development has tried to comply with the City in every
way. The Planning and Zoning Board just did not want the road. It makes sense to plat this property.
Heritage Development has done a legitimate job in the City of Lino Lakes.
Mayor Bergeson thanked the developers for their patience. He stated that hopefully an answer will be
given at the next Council meeting.
Council Member Reinert added he is not connecting anything to Bl F : ands. He is just looking at
the proposed plat and all the outstanding issues.
Council Member O'Donnell moved to table FIRST READ • i" e 09 — 01, Comprehensive
Plan Amendment: MUSA Allocation; FIRST READING, 0 — 01, Rezoning; Resolution
No. 01 - 77, Preliminary Plat, Saddle Club, Old Birc to e J `9, 2001, City Council meeting.
Council Member Dahl seconded the motion.
