COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 13, 2001 <br />c. Elm Street shall be constructed prior to Holly Drive and 62nd Street. <br />3. Final grading, drainage, and utility plans shall be reviewed by the City Engineer. <br />4. Required permits must be obtained from the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />5. Ordinances 12 - 01 and 13 — 01 must be in effect before the final plat can be recorded. <br />6. Parcels C and F from the minor subdivision approved by Resolution 01— 112 shall be <br />incorporated into the West Shadow Ponds plat. <br />7.
