•
COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 13, 2001
2. Construction of roadway, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water from the Lake
Drive/Apollo Drive intersection to 745 feet east.
In response to this petition, the report was ordered at the May 14, 2001 City Council meeting. Since
that time, the Lino Lakes Marketplace site plan has changed and the City and developer have received
additional information from Anoka County regarding site access issues. Specifically, the County has
indicated they would issue a permit for the proposed second access to Lake Drive at the extreme
northwest corner of the Marketplace site if certain improvements are made to Lake Drive. These
improvements would include a traffic signal at the second access; turn lanes; bypass lanes; roadway
widening; and median construction. These improvements are significantly beyond the scope of the
original City Council action on the report so additional action regarding the Feasibility Report is
requested.
Council Member Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 01— 114, as pr ted.
