• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 13, 2001 <br />Mayor Bergeson asked if there are restrictions regarding an estimate being within 10% of the <br />engineer's estimate. City Engineer Powell advised that restriction applies to assessment projects. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 01 — 117, as presented. Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 01— 117 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />July 9, 2001, City Council Meeting Minutes — Council Member Carlson referred to page 7, <br />paragraph 2, sentence 3, and corrected it to read "He stated the applicant just received a Quit Claim <br />Deed for road access to Old Birch". <br />Council Member Carlson moved to approve the July 9, 2001, City Co Meeting Minutes, as <br />amended. Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion.
