COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 13, 2001 <br />Assuming the plans and specifications are ordered and approved this evening, and bids are authorized, <br />the bids would be received by the City Council on September 10, 2001. <br />Mayor Bergeson asked if the bids should be received on two (2) separate projects. City Engineer <br />Powell advised the bids will be higher if it is done as two (2) separate projects because the project has <br />been scaled back. <br />Council Member Carlson asked if the grant was based on both sections of the project. City Engineer <br />Powell stated the grant was based on both sections of the project and staff did not want to discuss <br />altering the project with the County. <br />Council Member Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 01—.115, as presented. Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion.
