Staff is hopeful a proposal will be presented to cil work session with action being taken on Update on Lino L . `s Marketplace, Brian Wessel — Economic Development Director Wessel advised the proposal was discussed at length at the special meeting last night. Finance Director Rolek referred to the staff report that indicates the figures that have been discussed. He reviewed the details of the tax abatement and the requested financial assistance from Ryan. Council Member Carlson asked if this issue is going to be discussed further before action is taken on Monday night. Finance Director Rolek advised the tax abatement can be discussed prior to the meeting. 1
