City Engineer Powell stated the <br />project will help the water problem but the only way to solve the problem completely is to raise the <br />house 3-4 feet. <br />Council Member Carlson asked if the City needs access to the property to reach the easement. City <br />Engineer Powell advised the easement is accessible. <br />Council Member O'Donnell inquired about the start date of the project. City Engineer Powell <br />advised the City will have to work closely with the Boeckman's and hopefully the project will begin <br />in a few weeks. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 01-126, as presented. Council Member <br />Carlson seconded the motion.
