COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 10, 2001 <br />Public Services Director DeGardner extended appreciation to the area businesses and groups who <br />contributed financially to make the project a reality on behalf of the City Council, Park Board, City <br />staff and area youth. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 01 – 128, as presented. Council Member <br />Dahl seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated a resident has made a complaint regarding the noise.
