COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 10, 2001 <br />Council Member Carlson asked if the $1.5 million grant will cover those costs. Economic <br />Development Assistant Divine advised the Tagg's have indicated they are interested in that price and <br />an additional amount for relocating. She indicated more negotiations will be held. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 01-130, as presented. Mayor Bergeson <br />seconded the motion. <br />Council Member Dahl advised she has voted no on this item in the past and will continue to do so. <br />Motion carried with Council Member Dahl voting no. <br />Resolution No. 01 — 130 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Mayor Bergeson advised this is the last Council meeting for Economic Development Director Brian <br />Wessel. He thanked him for all his hard work over the years. <br />Economic Development Director Wessel stated he will return to a Co <br />Council during open mike. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 01-134, Receiving B. <br />Extension, John Powell — City Engineer Powell advis <br />opened at 10:00 a.m. on September 7, 2001. Council Member <br />imously. <br />the City Clerk's office. <br />Consideration of Res 01-122, Joint Powers Agreement with Shoreview for Water <br />Service, John Powell it - " ngineer Powell referred to an agreement that allows Shoreview and <br />Lino Lakes to share the cost of constructing a water meter to measure the flow from Shoreview into <br />the Lino Lakes system. This enables Shoreview to send a single invoice to Lino Lakes for all of the <br />water use. Lino Lakes would then be responsible for sending individual bills to its residents. <br />Council Member Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 01-122, as presented. Council Member <br />Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 01 — 122 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 01-135 through 01-141, Declaring Costs to be Assessed and <br />Order Preparation of Proposed Assessment, John Powell — City Engineer Powell advised six (6) <br />development projects have progressed to the point where assessment rolls can be prepared. Costs for <br />each improvement have been calculated by the City Engineer. Resolutions have been prepared <br />21 <br />
