A development <br />agreement should be finalized next week. Ryan is working with the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and final plans should be submitted by the end of this week. The <br />Planning and Zoning Board and the City Council will be reviewing the final plat in <br />October. A public hearing for the road improvements will be held on Monday. <br />1 <br />
