She noted the only ch. ..,mss. m the e is a closer look at the comparison <br />between building on the site as it •r , ists, •r building within the Village <br />development. Rents will have 0 'o • wer if the site is built on as is. However, <br />the study did indicate ther ig a eed for lower rent units compared to higher <br />rent units. A development <br />agreement should be finalized next week. Ryan is working with the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and final plans should be submitted by the end of this week. The <br />Planning and Zoning Board and the City Council will be reviewing the final plat in <br />October. A public hearing for the road improvements will be held on Monday. <br />1 <br />
