CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 19, 2001 Councilmember Reinert stated all available options should be explored to determine if there is something that can be worked out to help Mr. Keefe. Councilmember O'Donnell stated he agrees that all options should be explored. However, he wants to make sure the City is not opening a floodgate for more requests for changes. Councilmember Carlson stated she would have to see more details before a decision can be made. She noted the City will be getting more MUSA but not enough to cover the growth area to 2010. City Planner Smyser stated it is not beneficial for Mr. Keefe to pursue unsewered lots less than 10 -acres. The City has no provisions for that type of subdivision. Acting Mayor Dahl advised Mr. Keefe to speak to the real estate agent again and/or a developer.
