CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 19, 2001 <br />Councilmember Reinert stated all available options should be explored to determine if <br />there is something that can be worked out to help Mr. Keefe. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell stated he agrees that all options should be explored. <br />However, he wants to make sure the City is not opening a floodgate for more requests for <br />changes. <br />Councilmember Carlson stated she would have to see more details before a decision can <br />be made. She noted the City will be getting more MUSA but not enough to cover the <br />growth area to 2010. <br />City Planner Smyser stated it is not beneficial for Mr. Keefe to pursue unsewered lots less <br />than 10 -acres. The City has no provisions for that type of subdivision. <br />Acting Mayor Dahl advised Mr. Keefe to speak to the real estate agent again and/or a <br />developer. <br />COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD DONNA CARLSON <br />Councilmember Carlson advised the committee for the <br />earlier this evening.
