CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />OCTOBER 3, 2001 <br />almost three (3) developers to purchase the property and is very confused about its future. <br />He stated he understood the current requests from Heritage Development were being met <br />but now they have pulled out. The Club does not know what to do because if it can't <br />expand it has to move. Many different options have been looked at. Some. the <br />members want to stay and some want to move. If the facility stays in its c # • cation, <br />someone would have to live on site. <br />Council Member O'Donnell inquired about the resistance to expanding th <br />Mr. Jim Charpentier, Saddle Club, stated at one point they did try to <br />and was told they could not do that. <br />City Planner Smyser stated the City does have ordinances relati <br />requirements. <br />Council Member O'Donnell suggested including a live-in face when the indoor facility <br />is built. <br />Chief Pecchia advised this issue has been discus • s efore at eetings. He <br />suggested obtaining the minutes from those e Council to review. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated the MU <br />Council would have to allocate MUS <br />at options for expanding the facility., <br />the property in half.
