COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OPEN MIKE <br />OCTOBER 8, 2001 <br />Michael Prieve, 1047 Aspen Lane. Mr. Prieve presented on behalf of Old Birch Street residents a <br />petition requesting City Council to initiate a traffic study for Old Birch Street. He encouraged City <br />Council to continue working with Anoka County on this matter. Mr. Prieve stated safety and <br />intolerable morning and evening traffic as concerns among residents.
