COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OPEN MIKE <br />OCTOBER 8, 2001 <br />Michael Prieve, 1047 Aspen Lane. Mr. Prieve presented on behalf of Old Birch Street residents a <br />petition requesting City Council to initiate a traffic study for Old Birch Street. He encouraged City <br />Council to continue working with Anoka County on this matter. Mr. Prieve stated safety and <br />intolerable morning and evening traffic as concerns among residents. He requested City Council <br />establish a moratorium on decisions made regarding Old Birch Street and any further development. <br />The petition was presented to the City Clerk. <br />No one else was present for open mike. <br />FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT, AL ROLEK <br />There was no Finance Department report. <br />ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT, D <br />SECOND READING, Ordinance No. 17 - 01, Am <br />Increasing the Salaries of the Mayor and City Coun <br />that Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 415.11, the sa <br />adopted by the City Council.
