COUNCIL MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2001 <br />3. A $75 increase in employer monthly contribution to family health care coverage, effective <br />January 1, 2002. <br />4. Half of any increase in premiums for family health care coverage when the new plan year <br />begins September 1, 2002, until the end of the contract year on Decem ®`q31, 2002. <br />Employees will pick up the other half of any increase. <br />5.
