COUNCIL MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 26, 2001 <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated City staff has since worked with the developer <br />to acquire the property needed for the Apollo Drive Extension. A purchase agreement was executed <br />by the City and developer on October 22, 2001. The developer is now submit W a revised plat for <br />approval, dated November 21, 2001, that removes the property covered by the p ase agreement <br />and modifies the configuration of Lot 1, Block 1 to reflect the approved McDona w � '; Plan (City <br />Council Resolution 01-168). <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated that included in the Res <br />conditions of approval as follows: <br />1.
