• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 26, 2001 <br />With regard to condition number three above, Councilmember Carlson noted that the closing had <br />been scheduled for tomorrow and questioned whether the closing will be delayed. <br />City Attorney Hawkins responded that the closing will not take place tomorro .gid indicated that he <br />would request the status of the closing. <br />Mayor Bergeson asked if the Developer was aware of the four conditions of ap unity <br />Development Director Grochala was not certain, although he indicated that a c ion <br />had been forwarded to the Developer's attorney. He noted that the four Condit must be .
