• COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 26, 2001 With regard to condition number three above, Councilmember Carlson noted that the closing had been scheduled for tomorrow and questioned whether the closing will be delayed. City Attorney Hawkins responded that the closing will not take place tomorro .gid indicated that he would request the status of the closing.
