It will determined if the Park Board needs to be involved at each <br />meeting. The intent is that the task force will work through all the issues. Staff is also <br />recommending that Mayor Bergeson be the Chairperson for the task force. A schedule <br />will be laid out with meetings approximately once a month with information proved prior <br />to each meeting. Meetings will be public but there will be specific designated times for <br />public comment. The kick-off meeting would include a Government Training Service <br />coming in to do a land use workshop. It is necessary that all members of the task force <br />attend that seminar. <br />
