COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 10, 2001 <br />Councilmember O'Donnell inquired where the increase will put the employees as far as the market <br />adjustments. City Administrator Waite Smith the proposed market adjustments will put those City <br />employees right in the middle. The City does use the average figure. <br />Councilmember Reinert inquired about the $75 increase in family health care coe. City <br />Administrator Waite Smith advised the City surveyed other cities with a similar . e ' s n. The City <br />of Lino Lakes has been the lowest and is trying to catch up. The employee hea are f ed $84 <br />this year. The cost for family health care is $700 per month.
