CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 9, 2002 <br />bituminous plants are not open yet. The trail cannot be completed until those plants are <br />open. He asked if they can proceed with the grading until the bituminous gets down. <br />City Engineer Powell stated that he believes the intent of the condition is the trail has to <br />be complete before grading is done due to safety issues. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated this is another detail that staff is responsible for and the Council <br />would have to take a specific action to change the conditions of approval. <br />Councilmember Dahl stated she specifically asked the developer f the conditions were <br />acceptable and he indicated they were. He asked if staff can prepare for a faster schedule, and also what <br />will happen if the Council does not approve the ordinance changes. Community <br />Development Director Grochala stated some items will go very quickly. Mr. Brixius will <br />be putting together as much of this as possible as soon as possible.
