He asked if they can proceed with the grading until the bituminous gets down. <br />City Engineer Powell stated that he believes the intent of the condition is the trail has to <br />be complete before grading is done due to safety issues. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated this is another detail that staff is responsible for and the Council <br />would have to take a specific action to change the conditions of approval. <br />Councilmember Dahl stated she specifically asked the developer f the conditions were <br />acceptable and he indicated they were. He asked if staff can prepare for a faster schedule, and also what <br />will happen if the Council does not approve the ordinance changes.
