DISCUSS NE RICK DEG R TRAIL CONNECTION TO BIRCH PARK, Public Services Dire r DeGardner distributed a memo regarding a new proposal for Birch Park Trail. The orney for the Whitcombs, Mr. Seykora, has proposed that the City acquire a 10' wide trail easement to allow access from the Trappers Crossing development to Birch Park. The City would then acquire the necessary land when the Whitcomb property is developed. Mr. Seykora indicated that a price of $6,000 for the trail easement would be acceptable. Public Services Director DeGardner indicated he feels $6,000 is too much and the City may want to propose to obtain the necessary trail easement for a price of $3,000.
