The orney for the Whitcombs, Mr. Seykora, has proposed that the <br />City acquire a 10' wide trail easement to allow access from the Trappers Crossing <br />development to Birch Park. The City would then acquire the necessary land when the <br />Whitcomb property is developed. Mr. Seykora indicated that a price of $6,000 for the <br />trail easement would be acceptable. <br />Public Services Director DeGardner indicated he feels $6,000 is too much and the City <br />may want to propose to obtain the necessary trail easement for a price of $3,000. <br />
