CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 23, 2002 <br />Council directed Staff and the City Attorney to finalize the details to acquire the proposed <br />trail easement for an agreed price. <br />Councilmember Dahl asked who would be responsible if someone gets hurt on the trail. <br />Public Services Director DeGardner advised the City would be responsible if an injury <br />happened on the trail easement. <br />DRAFT OF 2002 FEE SCHEDULE, ANN BLAIR <br />City Clerk Blair distributed a draft of the proposed 2002 Fee Schedule. He explained the <br />process that will be used noting the reason is to ensure the final grading that is done is <br />consistent with the original plan. He indicated a notice will be sent out to builders <br />regarding this change. <br />
