CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 23, 2002 Council directed Staff and the City Attorney to finalize the details to acquire the proposed trail easement for an agreed price. Councilmember Dahl asked who would be responsible if someone gets hurt on the trail. Council directe Monday, January 02. 2002 Fee Schedule on the regular agenda for LOT GRADING C IFICATES — CONSIDER REQUIRING AS -BUILT SURVEY BEFORE CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY ISSUE, MICHAEL GROCHALA Community Development Director Grochala advised the City would like to start requiring lot grading certificates before certificates of occupancy are issued. He explained the process that will be used noting the reason is to ensure the final grading that is done is consistent with the original plan. He indicated a notice will be sent out to builders regarding this change.
