Decrease the size of the proposed picnic shelter so as not to exceed the total accessory <br />square foot maximum of 2,020 sq.ft. cited in the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. Roof materials should be compatible with the principal church building (no metal <br />corrugated materials). <br />4. A building permit must be obtained for construction of the proposed picnic shelter. <br />5. Issuance of the building permit will not be granted until the former approved <br />dedication of the Stagecoach Trail right-of-way is offi ially recorded.
