COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JANUARY 28, 2002 <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the variance may be for a small amount but there is a very specific procedure <br />for a variance request. The current application would not have to go back through the Planning and <br />Zoning Board if it is tabled. A variance request would have to go through the entire City process. If <br />the Church would like to also wait on the variance request, the Church should request a delay for the <br />entire application. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated the City would need the applicant's approval for <br />an extension.
