• COUNCIL MINUTES JANUARY 28, 2002 SECOND READING, Ordinance No. 01— 02, Drainage Easements on Lot 1 Block 10, Lakes Addn. No. 3, Michael Grochala — Community Development Director Grochala advised the City Council approved the first reading of this ordinance on January 14, 2002. The ordinance resolved two (2) easement issues on this lot by completing actions approved by the City years ago that were never officially recorded. Councilmember O'Donnell moved to approve the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 01— 02, as presented. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. Councilmember Dahl voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea.
