No. 3, Michael Grochala — Community Development Director Grochala advised the City <br />Council approved the first reading of this ordinance on January 14, 2002. The ordinance resolved two <br />(2) easement issues on this lot by completing actions approved by the City years ago that were never <br />officially recorded. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell moved to approve the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 01— 02, as <br />presented.
