COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 11, 2002 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 02 — 06, as presented. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. Mayor Bergeson clarified that the City is not requiring any improvements to the right-of-way as part of the approval. Motion carried unanimously. Development Regulations Task Force Appointments, Michael Grochala — Community Development Director Grochala advised as part of the Zoning/Subdivision Ordinance Update process, the Council established the Development Regulations Task Force (DRTF). The DRTF is comprised of two (2) members from the Planning and Zoning Board, Environmental Board, and the Economic Development Advisory Board. 11
